WILL THIS GET YOU TO QUIT SMOKING?
We all know that smoking is bad for us, and yet this alone is not enough to make us quit. Somehow, we all think we will escape the near certainty that smoking will cause a slow, painful, medically-ridden premature death. Statistically, it is much like playing video games instead of working because you are sure that this Lotto drawing is yours.. But that’s you. What about those you care about? What if smoking was destroying THEIR mental health, leading to depression, aggression, anxiety and ADHD? Is this enough? We all want our children to be happy and well adjusted and lead a wonderful life.
