HEPATITIS B VACCINATION AND MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS- (10-13-04)

November 3, 2012 by James Bogash

Study suggests hepatitis B vaccine increases risk of multiple sclerosis

If there is someone out there that can give me a rational explanation as to why we are vaccinating newborns just minutes out of the womb for a virus that is transmitted through IV drug use, direct blood exposure or unprotected sex, I would love to be enlightened. (I can understand if the mother is HBV positive) Supporters would probably say that, at least these infants will be protected for the rest of their lives against hepatitis B. Guess again, studies are proving that the hep B vaccination immunity barely lasts five years. Okay, the supporters would say…but at least the vaccine is totally safe….

VACCINATION NOT NECESSARILY EQUALS IMMUNITY – (08-04-03)

October 21, 2012 by James Bogash

Association of Varicella Vaccine Failure w/ Asthma, Steroid Use, Age at Vaccination, and MMR

Just another little thing to think about when it comes to blindly following the status quo when it comes to immunization. I just had a patient yesterday whose four year old got chicken pox. She exclaimed that he was vaccinated!! She now knows from firsthand experience that vaccination does not necessarily equal immunity. However, her son now has a natural immunity to chicken pox and will no longer have to worry when he’s an adult.

MEASLES VACCINATION OF INFANTS INCREASES RISK OF DEATH – (12-15-04)

October 14, 2012 by James Bogash

IMMUNE MODULATION AFTER MEASLES VACCINATION OF 6–9 MONTH OLDS

“Administration of high titre measles vaccines before 7 months of age led to increased overall mortality.” I understand that measles in developing nations can be a serious and life threatening disease. But here in the US deaths from measles are virtually unheard of. So, in the spirit of “first do no harm,” the forcing of vaccinations to newborns here in the US does not fit the mold.

Might the American public, who blindly vaccinate their infants because that’s what they’ve been told they need to do, rethink this policy if they knew their child might be MORE likely to die if they get this vaccine?

RISK OF ACUTE HEPATITIS B AMONG CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS – (11-21-04)

October 14, 2012 by James Bogash

Acute Hepatitis B Among Children and Adolescents — United States, 1990–2002

Now, follow the numbers here–it’s akin to a very well done shell game. The CDC had 13,829 reported cases of Hep B in children under 19 from 1990-2002. That’s an average of 1,152 per year. Of these cases, a mere 19 were followed up and confirmed. Here’s were the numbers get even more interesting. Only 11 were born here in the US. At least 3 had at least one Hep B vaccination dose. No mention anywhere of whether mom or another family member was Hep B positive. So, based on these staggering and vaccine-affirming numbers, we force vaccination on brand new babies with a vaccine that has been linked to an increase in MS and doesn’t last even 5 years in many cases. At what point to we begin to interject common sense?

CHILDHOOD CHICKEN POX VACCINATION LEADS TO INCREASED RISK – (03-15-04)

October 14, 2012 by James Bogash

Chickenpox Outbreak in a Highly Vaccinated School Population

A couple comments here. First, why do we need a “highly vaccinated” group of children for chicken pox?? I would bet everyone reading this letter had the chicken pox and has developed a lifelong immunity. Yes, I realize that some children do die from chicken pox. These numbers are very small compared to the incidence in the general population and usually these children are immunocomprimised in some way. Yet there is no financial incentive for a vaccine manufacturer to develop a vaccine for only a small group of immunocomprimised children so they push it on everyone. Another bothersome finding in this study was that children who had been vaccinated >5 years ago had a much higher likelihood of getting the chicken pox. The authors conveniently suggested that a booster vaccination may be necessary. I’m sure the vaccine manufacturer agrees…

EFFECTS OF VACCINATION AFTER 14 YEARS OF AGE – (09-01-03)

September 30, 2012 by James Bogash

Effect of neonatal BCG vaccination on atopy and asthma at 7 to 14 years

This study builds on the previous, but there is a very important point not to miss here.

This study showed effect AS FAR AS 14 YEARS AFTER THE VACCINATION!! I cannot begin to express how frustrated I get when researchers and clinicians look for immediate reactions (within a few days) and say the vaccine does not cause problems. We are missing the most potentially harmful cause of vaccinations–increased atopic diseases such as allergies and asthma. We have traded childhood diseases for lifelong chronic disease.

Geez–the drug companies have got to love this one–mandated vaccinations that they make money on only to have the children develop chronic conditions that will require a lifetime of medications!! That would be the equivalent of performing adjustments in my office that would permanently damage the patient so they would need to come in again and again for the rest of their lives!! And the initial treatments were mandated by the government!!! What a racket, huh?

DPT AND BCG VACCINATION EFFECTS ON ATOPIC DISORDERS – (09-01-03)

September 30, 2012 by James Bogash

The effect of DPT and BCG vaccinations on atopic disorders

The results of this small study are rather striking. Infants who had the DPT vaccination had 56.4% risk of atopic disorders vs 9.3% without the vaccine.

WIDESPREAD VACCINATION OF ALL INFANTS TO PREVENT MEASLES – (08-11-04)

September 20, 2012 by James Bogash

Why is measles still endemic in Japan? At first glance, this article would seem to support widespread vaccination of all infants. However, looking at the statistics, 88 out of 200,000 children died of the measles in Japan in 2000. That is 0.044%. Now, I am sure if we examined these 88 children that did succumb to the virus we would find that many, if not all, were immunocomprimised or otherwise did not seek proper medical attention when the disease did not resolve as expected. This is exactly what we saw this past year with the “deadly” flu epidemic. So I would suggest that this percentage could be drastically reduced lower than it already is with proper education. The point of all this? If we focused 1/10 the energy on getting patients to avoid refined carbs as we do vaccinating them, the impact on the health of our country would be staggering when compared to the measles virus.
