I’ve quite frequently expressed by views towards using whole foods whenever possible. Nature put certain compounds into our food that can interact positively with each other. By trying to isolate and mass produce the believed active ingredient we may be missing out on the interactions of these substances working together to achieve the best clinical response with the least amount of side effects.
