It may not be some much the antibiotics as the destruction of the normal flora that is supposed to be there. Hopefully you have a good idea of just how much you’ve done for yourself and your daughter by following the antibiotics with probiotics!

I had my daughter via emergency c-section, and both of us were on pretty heavy antibiotics. We are still trying to fix the destruction caused by them, with heavy probiotics and me on a modified GAPS diet (as she is still breastfeeding).
It’s amazing the damage antibiotics do.

I will surely ask Dr. Stroke about this device when I come in on the 29th for my Adjustment. This neck pain is very annoying, and this past week, I believe it was the cause of a “migrane” headache. This is annoying, and I want it “gone”!!!!!

On the news at least a year ago, they reported that a girl in jr. high had watered 2 identical plant groups (I don’t know which) after the water had been boiled and cooled two different ways. One group got its test water from a microwave and the other from a pot on a stove. I don’t recall how much later and the report wasn’t clear to the # of waterings, amount of water, soil etc. but was clear in it’s conclusion the microwave group was devasted.

On Dr Bogash’s advice for my herniated disk, I purchased an inversion table about two months ago and used it per his guidance. Results have been impressive. The inversion table, coupled with occasional visits to Dr. Bogash for manipulation, probably took away 80 to 90% of the back pain and discomfort. My model is the exact one shown in the photo. it was purchased at Costco for $199, although I later found 3 or 4 used ones at Play it Again Sports at Warner and McClintock for about $130-$150. Dr. Bogash, thank you for allowing me to resume my lifestyle (hiking, yard work and dirt bike riding) after experiencing low back pain and frustration for the past 16 months.
