Eventually I will stop adding articles on probiotics to the updates list because I feel that it is no longer “new” news and that it’s safety and efficacy is well proven. The next step from here is to realize that we no longer have sufficient exposure to these bacteria to maintain good levels in our gut, and that the dangers of antibiotic use extend far beyond the concept of antibiotic resistance into destroying our normal, protective flora.
