Some interesting findings in this study. First of all, they looked at dietary intake, NOT supplements, and found that higher levels of B6 were very protective for Parkinson’s (decreased risk over 50%), but ONLY in smokers. Don’t ask me yet what the mechanism of this protection is, but I’m sure we’ll have an answer in another 10 yrs or so..
